What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Debit Card,
Online Banking/FPX, and e-wallets like GrabPay, Boost, Touch & Go, and Duitnow
QRpay etc.
How are the cakes packaged?
- All cakes are packaged in a transparent box. Requests for non-transparent
boxes are not available. - Paper bags, ice bags, and dry ice are not provided.
Do you provide a cake knife and candle?
- Each order includes one gold candle and one plastic knife.
- Firework candles are available upon request and will incur additional charges.
How should I store the cake?
- Our cakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours of collection or delivery for optimal freshness. However, they can be refrigerated for up to 3 days if needed.
- Do not FREEZEE.
- Please store cakes in the refrigerator upon received.
- Before serving, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor and texture.
How long will the cake last during transportation?
- Cakes can withstand a car journey of up to 1 hour if the air conditioning is set to high.
- For longer trips, we recommend using an insulated bag with ice packs to help maintain the cake's temperature and stability.
Do you offer eggless/gluten-free/vegan options?
- All our products contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and sugar, making them unsuitable for diabetics, vegans, or those following a keto diet.
- Some of our chocolate decorations may contain nuts. Our products may not be suitable for those with allergies.
Can I adjust the sweetness or customize my cake?
- All our products are made using standardized recipes and produced in small batches to ensure consistency and quality.
- As a result, we are unable to accommodate requests for adjustments to sweetness levels or other customizations.
Do you offer refunds or order changes?
All orders are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least seven (10) days before your collection date, we may issue store credit instead. This credit is valid for 1 year and can be used for multiple purchases on our website: cakebysu.com.
Do you offer delivery?
- Our deliveries are managed by a private driver unless we notify you that a third-party service (like Lalamove) will be used.
- We currently deliver to Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor

- Delivery fees may vary depending on your location and will be shared upon order confirmation.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests! Availability depends on our schedule and the complexity of your order. For simple cakes or items already in stock, we may be able to prepare something on short notice. For custom designs, we usually need at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Please WhatsApp us 0129548542 directly to check current availability.
Can you duplicate the same design as your Instagram picture?
Yes. However, please note that every cake is handcrafted, so no two cakes will be exactly alike. We aim to recreate the style as closely as possible while keeping each cake unique and special.
How should I safely transport my cake after pickup?
- Place the cake box flat on the floor of your car, not on the seat, to prevent tilting or sliding. Make sure your car’s air-conditioning is on, especially in warm weather.
- Once home, store the cake in the refrigerator, and allow it to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture.
What are your operating hours for self pick-up?
Our self pick-up hours are:
Monday – Sunday / 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please note that pick-up is by appointment or confirmed order only, so be sure to check with us ahead of time if you have a specific time in mind.
